🪴 Plant Sizing

Being live plants, they may vary slightly in sizing. We will provide you with the healthiest, fullest, and tallest plants available to us. All plants are in a 3" growers pot. The display photos are an accurate representation of what you will receive. 

📦 Processing and Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. Typically orders take 3 business days to reach their destination as they are all shipped via priority shipping. If there are any delays, please reach out to us and we will monitor your package for you. 

❄️ During colder weather months, be sure to include a Heat Pack in your order (found under Heat Pack in Sections). We will not be responsible for plants that arrive with cold damage if a heat pack was not included in your order!

If any plant arrives severely harmed from shipping, please reach out to us immediately. We will respond within 24 hours (typically within 1-3 hours) and serve to rectify the issue for you. 

🌎 We do our best to ensure safe travels through shipping. We use bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts in order for the delicate piece to arrive safely. The decorative piece may shift during travel and there may be loose dirt in the box. Use a soft brush to gently dust off any soil that may be on the plant.
