๐Care Instructions
Please place in a very bright area, preferably an area with lots of indirect or even partial direct sun (east/west facing windows are perfect). Only water your plant when the soil is thoroughly dry. The exact timing will differ based on environment, but generally will be around once every 10 days. When you do water, please do so thoroughly.

Being live plants, they may vary slightly in sizing. We will provide you with the healthiest, fullest, and tallest plants available to us. The display photos are an accurate representation of what you will receive.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. Typically orders take 3 business days to reach their destination as they are all shipped via priority shipping. If there are any delays, please reach out to us and we will monitor your package for you.
โ๏ธ During colder weather months, be sure to include a Heat Pack in your order (found under Heat Pack in Sections). We will not be responsible for plants that arrive with cold damage if a heat pack was not included in your order!

If any plant arrives severely harmed from shipping, please reach out to us immediately. We will respond within 24 hours (typically within 1-3 hours) and serve to rectify the issue for you.
๐ We do our best to ensure safe travels through shipping. We use bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts in order for the delicate piece to arrive safely. The decorative piece may shift during travel and there may be loose dirt in the box. Use a soft brush to gently dust off any soil that may be on the plant.

Unfortunately, due to the delicate process of packing and shipping an order, we do not accept returns. If a piece arrived damaged, please view โMy order arrived damaged, what do I do?โ in the FAQ section.
The safety and health of the piece is first and foremost. We use our own method that utilizes plastic wrap, bubble wrap, and ecologically friendly packing peanuts to ensure that the piece arrives intact and healthy. We have developed this method and have shipped orders nationwide. All pieces are sold as is, and shipped accordingly. We include a FRAGILE: THIS WAY UP sticker as well as a LIVE PLANTS sticker on the packaging so that the carrier will know how the package should be handled.
